BCC (Blind Carbon Copy)

Please use BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) when sending e-mail to multiple recipients especially if they don't know each other.

If any of the recipients systems has been compromised, by a virus, trojan horse, etc., those e-mail addresses may be harvested and then used for spamming or sending viruses without the user knowing.

Also, most users would probably like to keep their privacy by not revealing their e-mail address to strangers. I know I do.

Some e-mail system require an e-mail address in the To: field in order to user Bcc:.
Just put your e-mail address in the To: field, and everyone else in the Bcc: field.
