The Wizard is Unable to Create Your Report

Symptoms

• When you attempt to use the Report Creation Wizard you receive the following error: "The wizard is unable to create your report."
• When you attempt to modify or preview an existing report, nothing happens, and no error message is displayed.

Resolution

• Set any local printer that uses the LPT1: port as your default printer.
